1. The acceptance of the terms and conditions All the electrical services are copyrighted. All the service will be executed as stipulated in the rule. And the user should agree to be bound by, and to comply with all the clauses stipulated in the terms and conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules, and finish the registration in order to be a member of our club. 2. REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY Certain of the Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain data. MEMBER AND USER CONDUCT Upon registering, you will receive a password and Longda Network ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify Longda of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. The Lycos Network cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement. 4. TERMINATION; SURVIVAL These Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect for as long as you use the Products and Services, unless specifically terminated earlier by Longda. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which impose obligations continuing in their nature shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions. 5. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights of Longda and the Longda Network, Longda reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts on any and all of the Longda Network web sites. 6. Law All the service clauses are consistent with the law of the PRC. And the users should agree to be dominated by the related regulation of the PRC. And all the clauses on the website should also have the force effect.
